Do you do residential or office cleaning?

The answer is both!  We clean corporate offices, bars, restaurants, pubs, medical offices, workplaces and homes on a regular basis.   We have employees that work during the day and evening and weekends to accommodate our varied customer’s needs.

Do I Have To Do Anything Before Custom Cleaners Arrive?

In order for us to do our job, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items. We will not know where your personal items belong and we prefer that they not go into your closets or drawers to put things away.  We are pet friendly!

Do I need to be home when you arrive? What about a key?

You don’t need to be home when we clean. For convenience, most clients provide us with a key. You can leave a key for us at the initial cleaning. We take the security of our clients’ keys very seriously. Clients who use a security alarm typically assign us our own unique security code. For apartment and condominium complexes, we generally register at the front desk and sign out a key.

What do I need supply?

Nothing!  We supply all equipment and cleaning supplies.  If you would prefer us use something specific, usually customers leave them out for us to use.  We can use both “green” and traditional supplies at your preference.  However, there is an additional charge for “green” products as they are more expensive.

Can I get references?
